Where do I access my backer survey?

Your survey is important to receive your items. It will be used for shipping physical items along with receiving digital rewards. During the survey you will choose book signature options and provide your address + shipping charges for your rewards.
If you do not fill out your survey by January 1, 2027 your campaign pledge may be taken as a donation and is non-refundable, and your items will not be shipped.

Who are Charles, Damien, Thistle, and Fennel?
Charles is the main character of the book! A little hamster with big dreams of becoming an artist!
Damien is Charles’ (slightly) older twin brother. He is missing his right eye.
Thistle is Charles’ mentor and art teacher, a spunky hedgehog! Her girlfriend Fennel the rabbit might not make art, but she appreciates it and helps Thistle wherever she can.

Why does the mini book cost more than the regular-sized book?
Yeah it sounds counter-intuitive that the larger book costs less than the tiny book.
It’s all about standards! The regular-sized paperback is a standard print size. The printer already has all the right equipment and settings to produce lots of books at that size, and we can order as many or as few as we want at a low price! Comparing to the mini book… 2x3 inches is not a regular print size at all! We also have to order these mini books in bulk, so we don’t have the flexible pricing that regular-sized books have.

What countries can you ship to?
STICKERS: - Shippable worldwide!!! Cost will be between $1-2 USD.
BOOKS: - EEA (EU and Northern Ireland) cannot be shipped to due to GPSR requirements, sorry! - UK residents should email [email protected] for shipping options before pledging. - All other countries (USA, Canada, etc) can be shipped to! Cost will likely be between $6-20 USD.
Note that the regular-sized book will be available through various online retailers worldwide after the campaign!
And of course, DIGITAL ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE!

Will the eBook work with my eReader?
The eBook will be available as an EPUB file direct from this campaign. This format is widely supported by Nook, Kobo, Apple, and more. Kindle is also supported through the “Send to Kindle” service.
Note the eBook file will be approximately 1.5MB.

Can I add the Audiobook to my Audible or other digital library?
The Audiobook will be available as an MP3 file direct from this campaign. Unfortunately many digital libraries don’t allow direct uploads of books to their libraries.
We will be adding the Audiobook onto those services, but they will be a separate purchase outside of this campaign.

Does the Printopia funding count towards this campaign's goals?
It does not. The funding and stretch goals are contributed to by this campaign’s funding only.

I'm in Colorado, can I do local pickup?
Yes! If you live around Aurora or the Denver-Metro area local pickup is possible. You can view my event calendar at https://deguarts.com/calendar/ or we meetup elsewhere. During your survey select “Local Pickup” under the country dropdown to let me know!

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
